This lock is designed for compatible wooden doors 35–55 mm thick. Check your door thickness, dimensions, and installation requirements before ordering.

Can I use it outdoors?

Use the fingerprint lock only in the conditions stated for the product. Confirm that your compatible wooden door and installation location meet the requirements before fitting it.

What happens when batteries or the app are unavailable?

The lock requires four AA batteries, which are not included. It also includes two physical keys for backup access. Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi app features depend on the supported setup; the Type-C cable is not included.
