These terms apply to purchases from Sentinel Entry, operated by Beam Nguyen.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the product. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Sentinel Entry ships within Australia only. Australian orders of AUD 100 or more qualify for free standard delivery; shipping costs for Australian orders below AUD 100 are shown at checkout.

Product-specific compatibility and limitations apply. The keypad lock is designed for an American-standard lock body and indoor or protected use; the fingerprint lock is for compatible 35–55 mm wooden doors; the alarm kit is a local audible alert and is not professionally monitored; and RFID signal-blocking performance varies by key, vehicle, environment, and placement. Check the relevant product page, dimensions, installation requirements, power requirements, and included accessories before ordering.

Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide a refund for any amount paid.

Returns, faulty goods, consumer guarantees, and remedies are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
